• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post.
• If a giveaway is intended for youth players under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enter and accept the prize on behalf of the minor.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees of The Batting Donut and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Each giveaway’s start and end date/time will be listed in the giveaway post. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

Entry instructions will be clearly stated in the giveaway post. Entry methods may include:

• Following @thebattingdonut (and/or collaborating partners)
• Liking the giveaway post
• Commenting and tagging friends
• Sharing to stories (if requested)
   

Entries must follow the instructions in the specific giveaway post to be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or violate platform rules.

Some giveaways may be run in partnership with ambassadors, influencers, teams, or facilities. Collaborators may promote the giveaway, but The Batting Donut remains responsible for prize fulfillment unless otherwise stated. 

The prize(s) will be described in the giveaway post, including:

• Product model/color/size
• Quantity
• Approximate retail value (if applicable)
   

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Winners will be selected as stated in the giveaway post (typically via random drawing).
• Winners will be notified through the platform used (comment reply and/or direct message).
• Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the post (typically 48 hours).
• If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Sponsor will ship prizes to winners at no cost unless otherwise stated.
• Winners must provide a valid U.S. shipping address.
• Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect address information provided by the winner.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

By accepting a prize, winners may grant Sponsor permission to use their name, social handle, or submitted content for promotional purposes where permitted by law.

For minors, parental or guardian confirmation will be required before any promotional use.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform. 

Information collected for a giveaway (such as name, email, or shipping address) will be used solely to administer the giveaway and deliver prizes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information. 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Any disputes arising from a giveaway will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action proceeding.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all giveaway matters are final.
