 It’s easy. Here’s how:

1. Snap It: Capture a photo of you using The Batting Donut—whether you’re practicing, warming up, or getting ready for your next at-bat. We’re looking for real, authentic moments! We’re not looking for pro-level photoshoots; we want to see the sweat, the hustle, and the love of the game.  

2. Share It: Email your photo to support@thebattingdonut.com with the following details:

• Player's Name
• Position(s)
• Instagram Account 
• State
• Travel Team and/or School Team
• Photographer Credit (if applicable)

3. Parental Permission Required:
If you’re under 18, please have your parent or guardian submit your photo. Parental permission is a must.

 4. Copyright and Ownership:

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you are the owner of the image or have permission from the owner to submit it. Submissions must not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties. By sharing your image, you grant The Batting Donut the right to use, edit, and display the photo on our social media channels, website, and other marketing materials. You retain full ownership of your photo, and we’ll always give you credit where credit is due!  

If your photo is chosen, we’ll tag you on Instagram and share it on our social media or website. Photos linked to any accounts with offensive content won’t be considered—we’re building a community we can all be proud of! 

Absolutely! You can send as many photos as you’d like, but we may not be able to include all of them in the featured post.

Nope! This is an ongoing initiative, so feel free to submit your photos anytime.
